This is what you will need:
1- 1 1/2 lbs of Lean Ground Beef or Grass Fed Beef
1/2 onion chopped
2-3 large tomatoes shopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
Yellow, Red, and Green bell peppers chopped (I normally use 1 of each but whatever you have on hand will work just fine
2 6oz cans of organic tomato paste
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp oregeno
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Fry ground beef and add onions and garlic
Simmer for an hour +
Serve over shredded spaghetti squash! Yum!
