This afternoon I went to JC Penney's with my $10 off $25 coupon. I always buy my Redken shampoo and conditioner from JC Penney since they honor the coupon even in the salon. I was hoping to buy liters as that is the best deal but they were out so I bought the regular size plus some OPI polish sets.
