Upper Body Workout



Here is a quick little workout I did this afternoon....took only about 40 min max and I forgot my music which was awful but I got through it :/

15 x Dumbbell chest press          #40 lbs        
15 x Dumbbell Flys                    #15 lbs        
15 x Bicep Curls                        #15 lbs        
**Repeat 3 times

15 x Cybex Eagle Row             #70 lbs
15 x Tricep Press                     #40 lbs
**Repeat 3 times

50 x KB Swing (Alternating arms)  #30 lbs
15 x Bicep Curls to Should Press   #15 lbs
50 x KB Swing (Both arms)           #25 lbs
**Repeat 2 times

10x  push ups
2 x wall crawls
50 x Russian Twists w/ #15 lbs
**Repeat 3 times

15 x shoulder press w/ #30lb bar
15 x tricep extension w/ #15 lbs
15 x upright row w/ #30 lb bar
**Repeat 3 times
