Fit Fifty!



Here is a quick little leg workout......50 reps each exercise!

50 squats w/ #50 lb bar
50 deadlifts w/ #50 lb bar
50 Leg Extensions #55 lbs
50 Lying Leg Curls #35 lbs
50 Seated Leg Presses #130 lbs
50 Smith Machine Squats  (20 reps @ #50 lbs, 15 reps @ 70lbs, 15 reps @ 90lbs)
50 Seated Calf Press Machine  #130 lbs

I did this prior to a 45 minute Body Combat Class and 30 min Boot Camp..not the best idea :/

Here is a quick little workout I did this afternoon....took only about 40 min max and I forgot my music which was awful but I got through it :/

15 x Dumbbell chest press          #40 lbs        
15 x Dumbbell Flys                    #15 lbs        
15 x Bicep Curls                        #15 lbs        
**Repeat 3 times

15 x Cybex Eagle Row             #70 lbs
15 x Tricep Press                     #40 lbs
**Repeat 3 times

50 x KB Swing (Alternating arms)  #30 lbs
15 x Bicep Curls to Should Press   #15 lbs
50 x KB Swing (Both arms)           #25 lbs
**Repeat 2 times

10x  push ups
2 x wall crawls
50 x Russian Twists w/ #15 lbs
**Repeat 3 times

15 x shoulder press w/ #30lb bar
15 x tricep extension w/ #15 lbs
15 x upright row w/ #30 lb bar

Clinique

Clinique Bonus time!
What a  great spring color palette!  Free gift w/ $27 purchase at Dillards.  I loved the "Coral" choice and the nail color is amazing!  


I bought my fav mascara and a new nail color called "Birthday Suit" which is in the nude family.  Love it!
