Fit Fifty!



Here is a quick little leg workout......50 reps each exercise!

50 squats w/ #50 lb bar
50 deadlifts w/ #50 lb bar
50 Leg Extensions #55 lbs
50 Lying Leg Curls #35 lbs
50 Seated Leg Presses #130 lbs
50 Smith Machine Squats  (20 reps @ #50 lbs, 15 reps @ 70lbs, 15 reps @ 90lbs)
50 Seated Calf Press Machine  #130 lbs

I did this prior to a 45 minute Body Combat Class and 30 min Boot Camp..not the best idea :/
