Whole Foods Grocery Trip

Here are my deals this week from Whole Foods...some I had coupons for and other items are things I bought with no coupons.  The 365 brand is awesome and a lot of times I found those items cheaper than Publix and Winn Dixie prices.

First I grabbed a few (2 at least) of the Whole Deal booklet located at the customer service area.  This book includes coupons.  Some of the items on sale also had coupons in the  Whole Deal so using them in addition to the sale price maximizes your savings.


Here are my "Whole Deal" savings...........

Way Better Tortilla Chips 2 for $6 - $1 WF Cpn off each bag = $2 for $4 or $2 a bag
Alexia Organic Fries BOGO $ 3.49 - .75 WF Cpn off each bag = $1.99 or .99 a bag
Mahi Mahi Fillets (2 pack) $9.99- $2 off WF Cpn = $7.99 a bag
Uncured Pork Bacon BOGO $5.99 - .50 WF Cpn each pkg = $4.99 or $2.49 each
Raw Organic Protein $19.99 - $3 WF Coupon = $16.99  (very chalky)
Organic Peanut Butter and Cocoa cereal $3.99-$1 WF Cpn = $2.99
MOJO Bars .99 - .50 WF Cpn = .49 each
Quinoa & Rice $3.49 - $1.50 off Manf cpn = 2.49
TOTAL $58.89
$10 off $50 Coupon = $48.89
*Tip* This $10 off $50 printable is good through 10/31 so print a bunch and use it!

365 Egg Noodles $1.99 (Cheaper than Publix, WD, etc)
365 Frozen Strawberries $1.89 (Cheaper than Publix, Walmart, etc)
Gluten Free Grain Free Tortilla's $3.79

TOTAL = $29.50

TIP**  Use the pasta sauce ($2.49) with the Penne pasta  ($1.09) for a quick side and with the pizza crusts ($4.99) to make your own pizza's**

**You can also use the Penne Pasta ($1.09) and the Kalamata Olives ($3.29) to make a 

mediterranean pasta salad..just add some cherry tomato's, feta, spinach, lemon juice, and olive oil, salt and pepper**  This recipe is from the Whole Deal Booklet
