4 Mile Run + Lower Body 20's WOD

 This morning I got a 4 mile run in before heading to work.  It was such a beautiful day :)



This workout consisted of 20 reps of almost every exercise repeated 3 times :)  This workout took me 47 minutes to complete (not including my run)......

20-Deadlifts #50 lb bar
20-Corner barbell squats w/ #20 lb plates
**Repeat 3 times**

20 Decline situps
20 Step ups right leg on med size box
20 Step ups left leg on med size box

20-Squats Smith Machine #50 lbs/#70 lbs/#70 lbs
20-Lying leg curls #40 lbs
20-Hip Abduction machine #70 lbs
**Repeat 3 times**

20 Decline sit ups
20 Step ups right leg on med size box
20 Step ups left leg on med size box

20-Seated Leg Extensions #55lbs
20-Seated Calf Press #130 lbs
**Repeat 3 times**

20 Decline situps
20 Step ups left leg on med size box
20 Step ups right leg on med size box

DONE :)

Dinner was pork chops and Green Giant Teriyaki Steamers....easy and quick!!!
