Quick Morning WOD

Here is a quick little workout I did before heading to work this morning.....

Quick Morning WOD 


**First round 45 sec, Second round 35 sec**

10 Mountain climber’s w/ #35 lb sand bag clean
Belly Burpee’s
Sand bag lunge (alternate legs & twist)
KB Inner thigh squat
Double rope slams, alternating pivot left and right
Side to side sandbag lunge
Rope alternating arms
KB swing
Sand bag squat
Plank hold
Sand bag dead lifts
KB outer Squat


This took me about 27 minutes
