Garage WOD

Today I was off so I decided to get a quick "garage" workout in as I have many things to do today including having lunch with my son :) 

Start 8:33

Repeat 3 times, 30 seconds each exercise

KB Swings-2 hands
Push ups
Rope slams holding a low squat
Belly Burpee's
Sandbag swing over shoulder w/ lunge
Push ups
Rope Slams-alternating arms
KB single arm alternating swing
Rope Slams-Power Slams

End time 8:54

Body Combat class tonight :)
