What I ate......

Here is what I made for breakfast and dinner today.  The breakfast idea came from one of my trainers..yum!  I did not have time to cook the bacon so I skipped that step but tomorrow it's ON!

Bacon, Tomato, Egg, Avocado Breakfast Salad

Dinner was Pork Loin (Lemons, salt, pepper, garlic in the crock pot on low), Southwest Quinoa, and a Sweet Potato
