At Home WOD

So we normally workout at http://prime-8fitness.com/ but due to our busy schedules, kids sleepovers, etc we cant make it for a few weeks :(  So..........we decided to get a few new pieces so we can keep up our workouts.  We scored a great deal on our brand new items and did our first "Home WOD".  Here is how it went.....


1 min each exercise, 20 exercises,

Rope-Alternating arms
Sand bag run #35 lbs
Belly Burpee's
Sand bag run #35 lbs
Ropes-Circles Out
Sand bag #35 lbs
Kettle bell swings #30 lbs
Sand bag run #35 lbs
Ropes-Alternate with lunge
Sand bag run #35 lbs
Ropes-Arms together (as high and as low as you can go-killer)
Sand bag run #35 lbs
Kettle Bell swings-alternating arms #30 lbs
Pushups
Ropes-Alternating arms
Plank
Kettle bell sumo squat #30 lb w/ upright row
Surfer pushups
Ropes-Circles out
Spiderman pushups
