They are giving us a bad name. It’s time you sink your teeth into the best. At Fitlife Foods, we are all about flavor.  Fresh, made from scratch prepared meals that give you the rock star energy to conquer the world, or at least your slice of it.  So many secrets in the food from carrots in the mac ‘n cheese to dried plums in the brownies to cauliflower in the alfredo sauce.  You just need taste buds to discover what’s in the food, not a science degree.



So I love fitlife foods....it's healthy fast food meaning it is prepared by a chef ready to go with wholesome healthy ingredients.  Best part is that you can walk-in and pick up one meal. It is that easy!

Affordable...of course!  Did you know that every dish has a "best by" date sticker on it?  Well if you come in and find a dish that is dated today's date that dish is 50% off!  Yes!  How savvy is that?  It gets better...wait....you can walk in and ask the employee for the "board".  This board will list all foods that are 50% off, the size of the meal, and how many they have in stock.  This saves you time from looking through all that amazing food!  fitlife foods makes it so easy to eat healthy and save $$$$$.

BREAKFAST

Carolina Hash
3:1 ratio of egg whites to whole eggs, shredded potato hash, AmyLu® chicken sausage, spinach, and with a side of organic ketchup


Power Morning Steak & Eggs
Scrambled 3:1 ratio of egg whites to whole eggs, beef sirloin, gluten-free tortillas, sautéed peppers and cheddar cheese. Served with a side of salsa.

Sunrise Scramble
3:1 ratio of egg whites to whole eggs scrambled with chicken sausage,roasted potatoes, poblano peppers, cheddar cheese and a side of salsa.

Wake-Up Call
3:1 ratio of egg whites to whole eggs with ground turkey, converted rice, tomatoes, cheese and our signature spices. 

LUNCH

Mama’s Turkey Meatloaf
Lean ground turkey with herbs & vegetables with our spice blend, finished with a tomato glaze. Served with low-carb cauliflower mashed potatoes and crispy green beans.


Jamaican Pork Tenderloin
Lean, roasted pork paired with pecan sweet potato mash and asparagus topped with a savory apple-mustard sauce.

Havana Pulled Pork
Slow-cooked pulled pork with our Texas-meets-Cuba BBQ sauce. Includes side of our low-carb cauliflower mashed potatoes and corn medley.

Greek Meatballs
Lean, premium ground sirloin blended with eight spices and feta. Served with asparagus and quinoa.

Chicken Enchilada Bake
All-natural chicken breast layered with corn, peppers, onions and cheddar cheese between gluten-free corn tortillas topped off with our zesty ancho chili enchilada sauce.

Chicken Portobello Sauté
Grilled all natural chicken breast and roasted Portobello mushroom caps tossed in our rich cauliflower cream sauce served on a bed of herbed rice pilaf and a side of steamed broccoli.
