Upper Body Workout....less than 40 minutes

Upper Body Workout


Dumbbell Chest Press  20#/25#/25#  --15 reps
Bent over one arm row (L) 20#/25#/25# --15 reps
Bent over one arm row (R) 20#/25#/25# --15 reps
Hammer Curls 15#/15#/15# --15 reps
*REPEAT 3 TIMES*

KB Swings 25#/25#/25#--25 reps
Alternating one arm KB Swings  30#/30#/30#--25 reps
Cybex Eagle Row Machine  70#/75#/75#--15 reps
*REPEAT 3 TIMES*

Shoulder Press w/ 40# bar  --15 reps
Bicep Curls 15#/15#/20# -- 15 reps
*REPEAT 3 TIMES*

Eliptical Trainer (as fast and as hard as you can go for 3 minutes)
25 Decline sit ups
Elipitical Trainer (as fast and as hard as you can go for 2 minutes)
20 Decline sit ups
Eliptical Trainer (as fast and as hard as you can go for 2 minutes)
20 Decline sit ups

This took me less than 40 minutes to complete :)
